Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges – Shipping to mainland USA is free. For other states and countries additional shipping charges are charged based on your location.

Shipment processing time - Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time 2-5 working days, Transited time 7-12 working days.

We are not responsible for any additional tax laws, delays or rejections that may potentially occur at customs.

We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12:00 on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on weekends or holidays will be attempted to be processed the next business day.

(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be shipped during and shortly after sales periods and during holiday periods.)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it is shipped.

CUSTOMS ARE FROM:
Estimated delivery times do not include delays or customs holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within an estimated delivery time above and you have not been contacted about your delivery by our couriers, please contact us and we will help you investigate your delivery.

All other addresses are calculated for the best possible rates. Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are therefore controlled by the supplier. Please check carefully as some products are shipped from other countries and may take longer to arrive.
